Everyone on the Precision team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with! We worked with Matt to purchase our first home and it was easily the best decision we made. He patiently walked us through the entire home buying process at our first meeting and was quick to respond to any question or request we had as we started looking at homes. We really felt like a priority working with Matt and are so impressed by his work ethic. He was a great negotiator for us during our purchase and was even able to get us a couple extras thrown into the deal that we weren't expecting! Matt has continued to check in with us after our move to make sure our transition is going smoothly, and even came over on his time to remove the lock box left behind by the sellers' realtor when they wouldn't return our calls. Noah and his team were an integral part of the home buying process. Both him and his team went above and beyond throughout the entire process, answering questions, providing us with information, and in general being more human then a lot of other realtors and groups. Overall it was one of the most enjoyable experiences during the stress of house hunting, and eventually purchasing. Matt and his team did an excellent job with the sale of my condo- from the professional photos (it was only on the market 2 days!), to helping with repairs, and even coordinating the utilities exchange. Matt negotiated a better than expected sale price, and he and his team made the whole process as streamlined and stress free as possible... all while I was in Florida!
